This place serves authentic and delicious Mexican food. Not only that, but they also use only organic and non-GMO products so you can be sure that what you’re eating is healthy and doesn’t contain dangerous preservatives. For starters, the Taco Trio is a great choice. The flavors are carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas. It’s served with their signature rice and black beans. Another good option would be the Shrimp Taquitos with Guacamole. The dish is perfect for sharing as it can serve up to 4 people. The shrimp is big and tasty and the Guacamole is yummy too. It wouldn’t be to much to say that their Guacamole is one of the best in the city!

For entrees, the signature Sielgal Plate is a good choice. The chicken is grilled and tender, the marinated steak is delicious, and the flash fried onions on the side are great. You can’t go wrong either with ordering the Carne Asada Burrito. It’s so good and the rice on the side is just perfect. To cap off your meal, don’t forget to order The Flan and Churros. The Flan is one of their best sellers made fresh everyday using Chef Paco’s Grandmother’s recipe. It’s good, trust me. Don’t be deterred that it’s located next to a strip club. The food is worth it. This place may be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for with delicious, authentic, and preservative-free food.

There’s a lot of hype about Adobada Tacos, and here it certainly lives up to expectations. It’s so good that one taco probably isn’t enough! Its fillings are generous and the flavour is amazing. Their tortillas are also good and you can tell it’s made from scratch. The Taco de Lengua is also a must try. The cow tongue is very tender and full of melt in your mouth goodness.

It’s 2 tacos per serving and it’ll be one of the best $2 you’ll ever spend. One of their most unique dishes is the Campechana Fries. It’s a mix of the Carne Asada and Al Pastor. It’s a good combination, plus, the fries are crispy and the meat is tender and juicy. You can opt for chilli cheese or not when you order this. This place is good and easy on your wallet, but one thing most customers complain about are the lines. There are 3 different counters for ordering different things so what you want may not be available in one counter so you’ll have to line up again to order something else. If you’re with a group, it’s best to split up and save time.

A good appetizer here is the tamales. The Green Corn Tamales are made of sweet corn, salsa fresco, and sour cream. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. If you want a simple dish without overpowering sauces and seasonings, the Skirt Steak is a good choice. It’s thick, juicy, and tender. The portion are pretty huge and the taste equally impressive.

Really hungry? The Ropa Vieja will be sure to fill you right up. It includes braised beef short ribs, crispy yucca, carrot puree, and mojos. The short beef serving is generous, soft, and easy to pull apart even without a knife. End the meal with some cookies and churros for dessert. The churros are crunchy and delicious and the salted chocolate chip cookies have a light dusting of salt on top. If you’re a chocolate lover, you’ll definitely enjoy the Smoked Chocolate Brownie. It’s a stack of brownies topped with chocolate sauce, almond ice cream, and cinnamon smoke. Yum!
