1. Golden Opulence Sundae @ Serendipity 3


This dessert is in the Guinness World Records as the most expensive sundae in the world, and will set you back $1,000. The sundae is made of Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream infused with Madagascar vanilla. The chocolate syrup that they use is made of Amedei Porcelana - one of the most expensive chocolates - rare Chuao chocolate, exotic candied fruits from Paris, gold covered almonds, chocolate truffles, marzipan cherries, fruit-infused Grand Passion Caviar, edible gold leaf, and finally topped off with a gilded sugar flower and more gold flakes.

The moist, gooey, yummy, decadent, sweet date pudding is so heavenly on its own, but then Chef Ramsay adds brown sugar toffee which you can pour all over you the pudding. But wait - there's more! It also comes with a brown butter ice-cream shaped like a stick of butter. How’s that to end your perfect dinner?
