Timothy Demonbreun House

Stay in the exquisite Timothy Demonbreun House and relax at one of the area’s most popular bed and breakfasts! Located in one of the historic parts of town just outside downtown Nashville, the Timothy Demonbreun House itself is steeped in history and refined Tennessee culture. Each night you book at the Timothy Demonbreun House includes a full freshly made breakfast the next morning, right on site, as well as access to a beautifully landscaped yard, large private pool, and hot tub. This bed and breakfast is a popular wedding venue, so don’t be surprised if you see a service taking place at some point during your stay—or if you wind up sharing the B&B with the new happy couple!

There are only three rooms available at this bed and breakfast, but each one is as elegant and exceptional as the last. On the first floor, the Cabernet Room features a queen bed with a private bathroom that is fitted with a shower as well as a claw-foot tub. Choose the Chardonnay Room, one of the two rooms on the second floor, to indulge in a queen bed and a view of the grounds outside. This room also features a small private bathroom as well as a natural gas fireplace to help keep things cozy during the colder parts of the year. This room has the option to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite with separate bathroom entry from both rooms. Finally, the Merlot Room, which is also on the second floor, includes a queen sized bed and a private bathroom that, once again, includes an antique claw-foot tub with a built in shower. The four-poster bed adds a touch of classic romance to this room, which also has a brick natural gas fireplace similar to the one in the Chardonnay Room. No matter which accommodation you choose, this bed and breakfast is sure to make your trip to Nashville a little bit more magical!

Hermitage Hotel

Book your stay at the Hermitage Hotel to enjoy one of the nicest and most romantic settings Nashville has to offer. During the 1900s, the Hermitage Hotel was considered one of the most swinging places to host important gatherings and social events, and today, that old Tennessee charm can still be seen in the architecture and atmosphere of this elegant, upscale hotel. The Hermitage Hotel has been featured in several movies, music videos, advertisements, and television shows, simply because of its unique and beautiful décor and design. Throughout history, many Presidents and First Ladies have stayed in its rooms, as well as dozens of actors and actresses, sports stars, and of course, country music performers. The hotel is also home to one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the city, Capitol Grill, which can be a great place to enjoy a classy dinner whether or not you're staying in the hotel.

When you book your stay at the Hermitage Hotel, you’ll have a few different room options from which to choose. Pick the Presidential Suite to indulge in the grandest room on site, which includes a king bedroom and separate formal style living room, as well as a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a big-screen LED television. Tone it down just a little bit and choose the Executive Suite instead, which still includes the separate living and sleeping areas and large bathroom, but cuts back on several of the extra amenities that the most expensive lodging option offers. For a nice mid-range room, select the Junior Suite, which comes with a king bed and a comfortably-sized sitting area, and features views of the Capitol Building right outside the window. Travelers without a big budget can choose the Deluxe King or Queen standard rooms, which are formatted like traditional hotel rooms without a ton of add-ons, or upgrade to the Grand Deluxe room, which features the simple but elegant furnishings of the smaller option, but with a small sitting area included.

The Hermitage Hotel is located at 231 6th Avenue North in Nashville.

Opryland Hotel

When you want to enjoy everything that is Nashville, book a room at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort! The Gaylord Opryland Hotel, or just the Opryland Hotel as it is referred to by most locals, is owned and operated by the Marriott company, but rises far above and beyond the quality of even the nicest of the more mainstream Marriott hotels. The Opryland Hotel features three separate atrium sections, each one of which houses differently styled and themed rooms and décor. The Magnolia section is the most affordable of the areas, as many of the rooms are located on the inside of the building or facing the parking lot, but it is nevertheless quite elegantly decorated and can provide excellent accommodations if you’re looking for a room on a tighter budget. Choose the Cascades atrium to be near the incredible indoor waterfalls and elaborate jungle-like landscaping, or pick the Delta atrium if you prefer the riverfront style of these classic rooms.

Regardless of which section you choose to call your home for the duration of your stay at the Opryland Hotel, you can select from a few different available room options. Pick the traditional style guest room if you’re looking for the most affordable option. These rooms are standard hotel-style accommodations with either one king or two queen beds. Traditional rooms can be upgraded to a suite with a separate sitting area and pull-out sofa bed for an additional charge. Deluxe rooms with parlors are also available, as are Junior suites with one king or two queen beds and separate, more ample living room spaces. Last but certainly not least, you can always go all out and book the Executive suite, with tons of space and even more bragging rights. It’s said that there are Presidential suites available at the very top of the Cascades atrium, near the greenhouse-style ceiling, which contain baby grand pianos and are usually reserved for important political figures, country music stars, and other notable guests of the hotel. See if you can spot one of these rooms during your tour of the beautiful indoor courtyards!

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort is located at 2800 Opryland Drive in Nashville.

Union Station Hotel

Located in what was once a railroad station in the 1800s, the Union Station Hotel is one of Nashville’s premier boutique style hotels that has truly made a name for itself amongst the other upscale lodging in the city. With antique stained glass windows and a lobby designed to be reminiscent of the station’s old waiting area, this elegant hotel blends the charm of the past with the sophistication of the present to create a beautiful and unique experience you won’t soon forget. Located on Nashville’s Broadway, the Union Station Hotel is a great place to stay whether you’re looking to explore downtown Nashville and its bars and nightlife, or head to the Vanderbilt area and see what new and exciting shops and restaurants have sprung up since your last visit.

Reserve one of a few different room varieties available at the Union Station Hotel and get ready to experience luxury without having to break the bank to do it. Select the Boutique room if you’re traveling alone or as part of a couple. This affordable room includes one double bed and a smaller area that is perfect for individual vacationers and popular with business travelers, as well. For something a bit larger, go for the mid-range Guest Rooms with either one king bed or two double beds. Choose a room on a lower level for a slightly more affordable nightly rate. You can also upgrade to the Larger Guest Room, which allows for more sitting and walking space at a slight price increase, and which can also come with either one king or two double beds. Finally, opt for the Station Master Suite with one king bed, a separate, plush living room area, and a large television if you really want to treat yourself to the nicest room on the premises.
