The upside of this constant change for those residing in New York? There’s always something new, interesting, and exciting to be a part of. We’ve rounded up the top 10 hottest clubs in Manhattan. So pull out that little black dress, throw on some lipstick, and order an Uber because you’re about to have one truly fabulous night out.
1. Marquee NYC
Featuring properties in both Las Vegas and Sydney, Marquee nightclub definitely knows how to throw one hell of a party. The space alone makes you want to have a great time. The walls are adorned with funky wallpaper where neon lights bounce off the walls, 30 foot high ceilings hold a large chandelier like light, and bright blue lights line the perimeter. The place just oozes cool vibes. The multi level club allows you to make the night whatever you choose it to be. On the upper level you will find a bit more of a lounge space with large tufted leather couches and coffee tables, a great place if you are looking for a bit of a more intimate setting for conversation or you just need a place to rest your feet from dancing. The upper level overlooks the huge dance floor just below, so it’s also a perfect spot if you like people watching. For those looking to bust a move, the lower level dance floor is always happening. The DJs at Marquee have a gift for reading the crowd and knows how to direct the mood of the crowd through the tempo. This means that no matter what time of year or time of night you go to Marquee, it’ll be hard to sit still. Check out their website to find out what the club has lined up for events through out the month.

2. 1 Oak
Another chain club that can be visited in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Mexico City, and of course Manhattan, it’s obvious that this establishment knows what they’re doing. The ever-successful 1 Oak seems to have the nightclub business down to a science. The name 1 Oak derives from the term "one of a kind" and 1 Oak certainly lives up to the title. As many clubs in Manhattan have come and gone, 1 Oak remains one of the most coveted spots to spend a night out. It can be fairly difficult to enter the doors of 1 Oak due to it’s high celebrity clientele, which makes it that much more appealing to us. You can expect to see neon lights, a packed dance floor, and countless beautiful people inside its walls. The DJ seems to stand ahead of all the musical trends as they drop banger after banger all night long, making it hard to sit still in this club. If done right, you will leave 1 Oak with a good buzz, sore feet, some new favorite songs, and plenty of fabulous memories to laugh over when you’re hung over at brunch the next day.

3. Pink Elephant
The name alone makes us want to check out what Pink Elephant has to offer. Once you see the interior of this Manhattan club, it all falls into sync. The club has an old time circus feel to it that is both funky and totally unique to the Manhattan club scene. The lighting gives off a relaxed and sensual vibe that serves as a real life Instagram filter. What I’m saying here is, everyone inside Pink Elephant is beautiful. The music is always flowing and upbeat, and although the prices may be a bit steep, the cocktails are totally worth it. This is a great spot to head for any holiday, particularly New Years Eve, but any night of the week you’ll have no problem catching a killer time here. There is constantly a revolving set of events and plenty of beautiful women with champagne who will grace you with their presence throughout your evening.

Everyone that lives in Manhattan knows how to have a great time; it’s kind of a prerequisite to living in the city. But if anyone knows how to have the best of times, it’s certainly the gays of Manhattan. This community knows how to have one amazing and posh night out. It comes as no surprise that Providence nightclub would make our list of hot clubs. It’s hard to not feel like a VIP when you spend a night at Providence. The place is bustling with beautiful people, suave music, and great cocktails. Don’t be shy either! Though Providence is a primarily gay venue, that shouldn’t deter straight visitors from checking it out; their doors are certainly open to all that are open to them. You won’t regret spending your night out at this posh club where literally everyone is dressed to the nines and ready to have a great time. This is the kind of spot that you want to buy a great new pair of shoes for, if you catch my drift.

5. The Gilded Lily
Ok, I know we’re not supposed to pick favorites but I totally have, and The Gilded Lily is without a doubt it. This club has a totally unique vibe that no other nightclub in Manhattan has managed to match. If you want to feel like you’ve entered a party thrown by Jay Gatsby, go to the Gilded Lily. The over-the-top gold décor and exclusive vibe will make you feel like you’ve made the best possible choice for your night out. It’s great to have a night out and not get drinks spilled on your new dress or have sweaty strangers in your personal space. It seems the Gilded Lily understands this and has mastered the perfect balance between a relaxed and exclusive vibe, while also giving patrons the opportunity to rage. It can be a bit of a line to get you into the Gilded Lily but surely it is worth the wait. With a large dance floor and live DJ, you can count on a great vibe on the dance floor. When you need a break from the crowd or are just not in a dance mood, you can make your way over to the equally large lounge and enjoy a cocktail while chatting up a friend or observing the crowd in front of you. I guess you can have the best of both worlds.

If you want to go to a place where you’re going to feel like a million dollars, then head to Motivo. This extravagant club has something in the air that just makes you feel on top of the world. It may be the sexiest club in all of Manhattan; it certainly feels that way when you enter its doors. We’re not sure if it’s the attractive bar staff mixing up great cocktails, the music pulsating through the crowd, or the bright lights, but Motivo holds a certain kind of magic that you just can’t come across anywhere else in Manhattan. It’s a great spot to go for a night out with friends, to throw a bachelorette party, or even a very fabulous birthday. You can call or email to inquire about setting up a personal event at the space and the staff at Motivo will make sure to make whatever the occasion a memorable one—it’s what they do.

Co-owner Jay-Z is the king of luxury. Whether it’s his music, his bride, or his nightlife, Jay-Z creates nothing but the best. The 40/40 is a more "alternative" night spot, if you will, not so much geared toward a night for dancing, this spot is more of a luxury sports bar. If sports aren’t your idea of a thrilling night out in Manhattan then you can consider renting a private room to throw your own event. You can hang out at one of the most posh spots in Manhattan and have your very own private dance party amongst friends. Due to its co-owner, the 40/40 is a frequent spot for New York's elite, and celebrities from all over have been known to catch a game at Jay-Z’s spot. You could even get lucky and catch Drake with ESPN on the screen.
