1. The Station Cafe
The Station Cafe isn’t just limited to great pizzas but they have terrific pastas and sandwiches as well. There are vegetarian and meat specials on the menu so they have a wide array of options to satisfy your palette. Their specialty is the Southwestern slice which include a black bean paste as the base instead of traditional pizza sauce and the toppings are poblano peppers, olives, onions, and cheese on top of a crispy delicious crust. It’s really good and I recommend it for anyone who’s looking for something new and interesting. The cheese slice is perfect for anyone who loves cheese. Another pizza to try is the pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms. It’s a tantalizing slice with the just the right amount of toppings. Now for the sandwiches. The Turkey Pesto sandwich is served hot and is very filling and yummy. For a healthier meal, the Spicy Vegan Burger is a good choice. The bread is crusty on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. The burger has brown rice, lentils, and other healthy ingredients and some spicy creamy mayonnaise. End your meal with a Boston Creme Pie which is big enough to share. Try to eat here before noon to avoid the long lines during rush hour.

Do you love cheese? Then I highly recommend the house pulled mozzarella brimming with truffle essence, black truffle flakes, and mascarpone. It is absolutely divine. If you'd like to try a bit of everything, order the Burrata which is a sampler plate of all their homemade cheeses. Carnivores should get the ‘Meat Lovers' pizza, a pie topped with pepperoni and pork. The dough is soft, chewy, fresh, and made from scratch. The balsamic vinegar gives it a sweet and spicy taste and the toasted prosciutto is amazing. One of their signature dishes is the Truffle Burrata. It has a smooth finish and is always guaranteed fresh. A good pairing would be the arugula and fig with some olive oil and balsamic. Each bite is bursting with flavor. Another combination is the olive oil and balsamic with prosciutto. Yum! It's a bit on the pricey side but the taste and quality of the food are worth it.

Gallo Pizzeria is the place to be if you’re looking for cheap, authentic and healthy pizza. The Wings are finger-licking good. Half of it is buffalo flavor while the other half is honey barbeque. Both are equally delicious. Each wing is big, tender, and juicy. If you’re watching your diet, you can even ask your pizza to be gluten-free! There are two options for gluten-free crust. If you’d like a thick crust, it’s ‘focaccia’ style and for those looking for a thin crust option, it’s a cauliflower crust. Another healthy option is the Greek Gyro Wrap stuffed with Greek Salad. It’s filled with lots of healthy and fresh vegetables, savory meat and the pita bread is warm and fluffy. The calzone is the bomb! It’s huge and stuffed with vegetables and has a generous serving of marinara sauce on the side that goes perfectly with the calzone. Try the Diablo pizza if you’re looking for something spicy. 5. Sapore’s Pizza
The owner is a friendly man named Guiseppe who is from Naples, Italy so he definitely knows his stuff when it comes to pizza. The New York style pizza here tastes just like it was taken straight out of New York City. The thin crust is nice and crispy as well as the bottom layer of the pizza but the top is perfectly chewy. It’s the perfect balance of textures to create a great pizza. Their pizzas have the right amount of sauce and cheese without overpowering the toppings. For $14, you can get a large pepperoni pizza that can satisfy up to 4 people. The pepperoni slices taste salty and smokey, the sauce is not too sweet, topped with the right amount of parmesan and mozzarella and is finished with a good thin crust. The calzone is marvelous. The best part is that it includes Ricotta cheese unlike most restaurants, you have to ask for it. You’ll know a calzone is truly authentic if it includes Ricotta cheese. Make sure to leave some room for dessert. The Tiramisu, Chocolate Brownie, and Cannoli are delightful and will leave anyone with a sweet tooth happy.

The Baked Ziti is amazing and huge! With the size of the container, it can feed more than one person so feel free to share it. The Philly Cheese Steak pizza is extraordinary and absolutely scrumptious. The ingredients are fresh and made from scratch. The spinach they use is fresh baby spinach, not the generic ones that come out of a can. Try the Garlic Chicken Spinach Pizza, and Lasagna Pizza. 8. Urban Bricks Pizza Co.
There are signature pizzas available or you can create your own. Heck, you can even create dessert pizza! If that doesn’t make you happy, I don’t know what will. For only $8.99, you can customize your pizza starting with the crust, then base, add as much toppings as your heart desires and drizzle on top. It’s 10-12 inches in diameter and worth every penny. You can have wheat dough, kosher meat, feta cheese, gorgonzola cheese, pepperoni, and whatever else you want to add. You’re in charge of your pizza, just don’t over do it or you might end up with a soggy crust. My advice is to be prepared to shell out a bit of cash for bottled water since they don’t have free water.
