Cirque Du Soleil
Cirque Du Soleil is a worldwide phenomena which combines amazing acrobatic performers, stunning sets and brilliant production to create some of the most entertaining shows you will ever experience. There are currently eight Cirque shows in Las Vegas.

La Reve - The Dream
La Reve is one of the best shows in town and has been voted Best Production Show in Las Vegas five years running. This show really is a must see when you are in Vegas.
The production is spectacular. You enter a unique aqua theater in the round. La Reve is an outstanding acrobatic performance show in water with lots of special effects. The acrobatic performers and among the best in the world.
It is a circular theater so there really aren't any bad seats—everyone has an amazing view of the production. A lot of the action is up in the air so you may want to choose a seat bearing this in mind.
La Reve is performed in the Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. There are performances of La Reve Friday through Tuesday at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. There are no performances on Wednesday and Thursday.

Celine Dion At Caesars Palace

If you have ever seen Penn and Teller on television you know that they are a very entertaining duo. Penn and Teller perform their very unique magic show at The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Penn's over the top character is the perfect comedic match for the completely silent Teller. This show is a definite must see if you are visiting Las Vegas.
They break the sacred vow of all magicians. They actually explain how a trick is done. In the end this really doesn't matter as they then throw in an added element which makes you just as confused as when you started!
One of the best parts of the show is their version of the sawing a woman in half trick! They certainly add their own twist on to this magic show classic.
Steve Wynn's Showstoppers
Steve Wynn's Showstoppers is a must see if you want to enjoy a traditional Las Vegas style show. This extravaganza features a full orchestra with 66 singers and dancers. This relatively new show was an instant hit, and is recognized as one of the best shows in Las Vegas.
A lot of the songs are tributes to the traditional Broadway shows such as Cabaret, A Chorus Line, Gypsy, and Chicago. As a result the audience does tend to be an older crowd.
You can also purchase show and dinner packages for the perfect Las Vegas night out. The show runs Monday to Saturday, but is dark on Sunday.

If you want a fine dining experience combined with a cultural one then the Picasso Restaurant has to be at the top of your list. The cuisine at the Picasso is French and Spanish inspired, overseen by Executive Chef Julian Serrano.
The setting is breathtaking. Not only are you dining in a restaurant surrounded by priceless Picasso works of art, you have one of the best views in the whole of Las Vegas of the fountains of the Belaggio.
This unique dining experience does come at a price - the tasting menu is available from $128 per person. Optional wine pairing is available for an additional $68. Most diners say that the experience is worth it, so if you are looking for a fine dining experience you should consider Picasso.

Gordon Ramsay Steak
Gordon Ramsay Steak is a relative newcomer to the Las Vegas restaurant scene, but has already made a very big impression. As you would expect from Chef Ramsay the food is exceptional, the atmosphere upscale, and the service is impeccable.
Gordon Ramsay is well known for his many television appearances. As recognition of this is the Hell’s Kitchen Limited Edition Tasting Menu. This is priced at $145 per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional $75 per person. This changes by the season, but the four courses include such items as Heirloom Tomato Salad, Scallop Risotto, Roasted Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
There is also an a la carte menu available. Appetizers include Fried Blue Point Oysters for $21, Smoked Beef Tartare is $22, and Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras is $26.
The Prime Beef entrees are a major attraction at Gordon Ramsay Steak. Prices range from $51 for Filet, up to $104 for Royal Long Bone Chop. If you prefer not to eat steak, there are plenty of other choices. These include Pacific Salmon for $41, Alaskan Halibut at $47, Lobster Wellington for $70 and Kurobuta Double Pork Chop for $47. All sides are charged at $13 extra and include Spinach, Fingerling Potatoes, Sriracha Roasted Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts.
Dessert choices include Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Pear Tart Tatin, Milk Chocolate Pot de Crème and Vanilla Trifle. Most desserts are priced at $13. A Cheese Plate is also available priced at $16.
If you would like to sample the Gordon Ramsay food experience with slightly lower prices, there is also a Bar Menu available. Choices include Fish and Chips for $26, Oysters on the Half Shell for $21, American Kobe Beef Burger for $21 and a wonderful Mac and Cheese priced at a very reasonable $13.
There is an extensive wine list available. Cocktails are also available which include the English Side Car, an English Garden, and a Pimm’s Cup.

Twist Las Vegas is the only restaurant in the United States where you can experience the cuisine of three Michelin Star winner Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Twist offers a five course tasting menu for $155 with wine pairings for $95 or $175. The six course tasting menu is offered at $170 with wine pairings for $105 or $205. There is even a vegetarian tasting menu of four courses for $70 and five for $85.

You definitely have to have a head for heights if you dine at the Top of the World Restaurant. It is located right at the top of the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas. The 844 feet high restaurant actually revolves, so you get an amazing 360 degree view of Las Vegas during your meal! It takes 80 minutes to make a complete revolution.
The Top Of The World Restaurant is more than just a unique location. The food is very high quality, and the service is excellent. This is the perfect place for a romantic meal in Las Vegas, particularly in the evening, when you can see all the lights of the city far into the distance.
There is a Chef's Tasting Menu available which is priced at $98 per person. There is an optional wine pairing available for an additional $30. The menu consists of four courses. Choices for appetizers include Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, and Mixed Greens. Second course choices are Seared Scallop, Kurobuta Pork Belly or Grilled Portobello. Entrees include Filet Mignon & Shrimp Scampi, or Salmon and Gulf Prawns. Dessert is a Chocolate Duo.

Not another Vegas show, Le Cirque is actually one of the finest restaurants in town. Le Cirque is a AAA Five Diamond Award rated restaurant created by Chef Sirio Maccioni. Located in the Bellagio it has an opulent , bright and modern interior with a huge circus like tent ceiling.
The cuisine is French inspired with such Signature Dishes as Filet de Loup de Mer andLe Cirque Lobster Salad. Tasting and a la carte menus are available. Their three course tasting menu is $105 with wine pairings available at an additional cost.

Paris Las Vegas - Le Village Buffet
There are many opinions of which is the best buffet experience in Las Vegas, but the one which goes to the top of our list is Le Village Buffet. Located in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino this buffet is an extravaganza of all your can eat French food. Be sure to bring a huge appetite when you eat here, as the delicious food is very difficult to resist.
A visit to Le Village Buffet usually involves standing in line for a while before you enter the restaurant. There are lots of tables though, so the line does tend to move quickly. You can also make reservations if you are planning ahead.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices vary according to the meal type, and the day. Weekends are priced higher than weekdays. For example, a weekday breakfast is $21.99 for adults and $12.99 for children. On weekends the charge is $2 higher. Dinner on a weekday is $30.99 for adults and $17.99 for children. Weekends are charged at $33.99 for adults and $19.99 for children.
All of the food is all you can eat. Non alcoholic beverages are included, but you can order from the bar for an extra charge. You can also order bottomless Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Blue Moon beer, and red or white house wine for $11.99. Taxes and tip are not included.
The setting of Le Village Buffet is like an indoor French market street. There are five different food stations which represent different provinces in France. These food stations are all located around the edge of the room, and there are plenty of tables in the center.
The quality of the food is generally high, but this is not a fine dining experience. The food definitely has a French influence, but much of it is very palatable to those who enjoy more traditional American food favorites.
If you enjoy seafood, you will love Le Village Buffet. The crab legs and peel your own shrimp are delicious. The restaurant also has a salad bar with a good choice of items.
One of the best offerings is from the Crepe Station. Here crepes are prepared fresh to order. It can be difficult to choose which one of the fillings you want. Remember if you enjoy it you can always just come back for another one!
Desserts include macaroons, creme brulee, eclairs and assorted French pastries. They do have sugar free desserts if you suddenly realize how many calories you have just consumed!
